I’m doing a school project about muscles and I’m doing mine on a salsa dip in salsa dancing. I’m not trying to get other people do my project for me (lets get that straight), but so far my research has had very few results. Could someone please help me out? Yes the salsa was kept refridgerated after opening like it says on the label. There is no experation date on the label. I thinks it’s been open for about 5 weeks. Jar is almost full. Thanks!
