I’m doing a school project about muscles and I’m doing mine on a salsa dip in salsa dancing. I’m not trying to get other people do my project for me (lets get that straight), but so far my research has had very few results. Could someone please help me out? I have a bunch of tomatoes from my garden and would like to make salsa. I also have hot red peppers. So it can be a recipe for hot or mild salsa. I’ve never made it before, so I will need measurements of each ingredient, with good directions.

Yes the salsa was kept refridgerated after opening like it says on the label. There is no experation date on the label. I thinks it’s been open for about 5 weeks. Jar is almost full. Thanks!
